    This cub was in the same room as the naughty one from yesterday but this one was good an having a nice nap on his blanket rather than roaming the room and sliding everywhere.

    This is one of the babies in the kindergarden, this one was supposed to be lying on its blanket but this little one was being naughty and was off on a wonder around the room.

    Right I've now got this picture posting on the right day. This is the little toddler stuck in the rain in outside in the kindergarten all day. I think the facial expression conveys the mood rather well- I'm getting wet let me in!

    This is Le Sheng again, she was also after food this one, here she is sitting as taught to receive her food, about the only time she sat like this. I think this is a good view of their claws, you really don't want to mess with them!

    The Prime Minister of Great Britain (Gordon Brown) has sent a letter to David Windmill, chief executive of the Royal Zoological Society for Scotland (RZSS). Indicating his support in the zoo's campaign to obtain a pair of pandas to Edinburgh Zoo.

    As mentioned the other day San Diego is desperately trying to raise funds for a new cooler to keep the pandas bamboo nice and fresh. So far they have raised $64,345, which is about halfway to what they need.

    This is one of the two to three year old cubs that are used for people to have their pictures taken with. Im not sure what this little one was up to but looks interesting

    The WWF (World Wildlife Fund) have released "9 to Watch" a report about 9 of the most endangered animals on the planet. In at number 8 is our beloved panda with approximately 1600 animals still alive.

    The reports says that we must watch these animals closely and do all we can to ensure their survival.

    After nearly 4 years of planning and negotions Yuan Yuan and Tuan Tuan are set to move to Taiwan on Dec 23rd.

    The pair will be transported by Taiwan Airliner EVA Air The airline company has arranged a Boeing 747-400 plane for the pair. They will stay in a 180-square-meter chamber equipped with air conditioners to provide a comfortable temperature and humidity, he said.

    Feeders and veterinarians can visit them during the journey so that they would not be frightened.

    This is me trying to take a pic of Mei Sheng munching on the bamboo but as soon as i appeared he expected apples, which he absolutely loved and would've eaten all day long if allowed so he moved as i took the picture

    San Diego Zoo have a room where they keep the fresh bamboo for their pandas. It has come to their attention that the cooler for the room will not last much longer they really need a new one. If you can spare $25 Dollars this holiday season please give genersouly. Link in the Reference.
