March 10th 2009, the members of the south line, obtains the palm prints from the 5 pandas they are fostering after the 2008 earthquake. The collection of the palm prints goes very well as the pandas are trained in presenting their arms, this is usually used to draw blood for examinations.

The pandas at Panyu are Xian Nv, Yao Yao, Li Li, Ting Ting, and Bai Yang.
