China view is reporting that the first panda disease control centre in China, should be completed by the end of 2010.

The centre was started in 2007 at Wolong National Nature Reserve, but the earthquake in 2008 caused severe damage and the centre has been relocated to Shiqiao village, Qingchengshan, Dujianyan City.

The new centre will contain a veterinary hospital and 40 pens.
